This house is developed in a design attractive and cosy way for the rest and comfort of our customers. There is a large living room on the ground floor, outdoor terrace, a fully fitted and furnished kitchen – an oven, a fridge, and an electric cooker. There are three fully furnished bedrooms on the first floor of the house. There is a lavatory, a shower, a hair-dryer, towels, a TV-set and an internal phone in the house.

• Pets are not allowed in the complex.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Penalty 70 €
• After 23:00 the complex has quiet period
• The administration of the hotel reserves the right to change prices during the holidays
• It is forbidden to burn firewood in grills and use grills closer than 5 meters from the buildings
• The use of Chinese lanterns and fireworks is prohibited in all areas, without prior coordination and approval by the administration
